this site exists to introduce floema — who we are, what we do in verbal identity, naming, tone of voice and brand strategy — and to open a line of contact with our team. the site itself isn't a closed commercial offer: budget and project terms are worked out case by case, directly with each client.

the copy, visual identity, logo, images, case studies and everything else here belong to floema or to licensed partners, protected under Brazilian copyright and industrial property law. reproducing, distributing or making commercial use of anything on this site without floema's written authorization is not allowed.

browse freely, use the content for personal reference and consultation, that's all fine. what's not ok:

• copying or reproducing the site's content for commercial purposes without our authorization;
• using the site in a way that harms, overloads or compromises how it runs;

the projects floema runs with clients — naming, verbal branding, tone of voice and so on — follow a specific contract, signed separately with each client, that defines scope, timeline, price, and payment and cancellation terms. these terms here only cover the use of the site, and don't replace that contract in any way.

we do our best to keep the site up and running properly, but we can't guarantee it's available all the time or completely free of errors. floema isn't liable for any damages arising from the use, or the inability to use, this site.

these terms can change from time to time. the version that counts is always the one published here, with the date at the top kept up to date.

these terms are governed by Brazilian law. any dispute that arises will be handled by the courts of São Paulo, SP, Brazil, with waiver of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
